Role Purpose:
To supervise the financial closing, fixed assets, financial accounting entries, GL management, and accounts reconciliation, aligning with the strategic objectives of Kun Sports and legal requirements.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

• Ensure effective cash and bank management operations, including management of petty cash to record all incoming and outgoing cash flow for review.
• Prepare cash flow reports and estimated budgets for units as necessary.
• Maintain fixed assets records and provide transaction, item & supplier-wise reconciliations.
• Execute daily accounting activities to maintain the general ledger.
• Supervise and review cash disbursements, payments, and invoices in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial statements and conduct financial analysis.
• Contribute to the development of accounting models and support resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure confidentiality in key financial data and conduct periodic data analysis.
• Provide guidance and performance management support to new team members.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to meet professional needs efficiently.

Requirements for the Role:
Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate accounting environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of International and National Accounting Standards (IFRS, SOCPA).
• Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA/CMA.
• Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis.
