Job Description:
Al-Ekhtiar Engineering Consultancy Company announces its need to hire an experienced and capable Administrative Assistant, who will be responsible for daily administrative tasks in addition to business development and bringing in new projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Managing and organizing administrative tasks such as preparing reports, arranging meetings, and maintaining documents.
• Coordinating between departments and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Searching for new job opportunities and developing relationships with clients.
• Preparing technical and financial proposals for projects.
• Following up with existing clients and expanding the client base.
• Contributing to achieving the company's goals and growth.
Requirements:
• University degree (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).
• Previous experience of no less than two years in administrative assistance or business development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs and management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
