About the role:
We are looking for a Fleet Administration Manager based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to ensure that all company vehicles comply with KSA and Gulf Statutory requirements. The successful candidate will manage, allocate, and maintain our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fleet operations, including maintenance, fuel efficiency, and vehicle utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi transportation laws.
  • Implement safety protocols for drivers and vehicles.
  • Optimize routes to improve delivery times and reduce costs.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to align fleet operations with company goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 510 years in transportation, logistics, or fleet management.
  • Experience in optimizing fleet operations and improving cost efficiency.
  • Proficiency in fleet management systems & GPS tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi transportation regulations and compliance.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience (Excel, SAP, or TMS software).
  • Ability to communicate with diverse teams.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
