Join our vibrant team as a Kids Club Animator in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia! We're looking for energetic and creative individuals to provide an unforgettable experience for children at our resort. As a Kids Club Animator, you'll be responsible for planning and leading engaging activities that create lasting memories for our young guests.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of children under your care at all times.
- Organize and lead group games, arts and crafts sessions, and outdoor activities.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for children from diverse backgrounds.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized Kids Club area.
- Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.
- Participate in special events and themed activities throughout the year.
- Adapt activities to accommodate children with different needs or abilities.
- Monitor and report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
- Contribute ideas for new and innovative children's programs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in childcare or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in a recreational setting.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creativity in designing and implementing engaging activities for children.
- Ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds.
- Basic first aid knowledge and understanding of safety protocols.
- Experience in organizing and leading group activities.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Physical stamina to participate in active games and outdoor activities.
