Join our team as a Barista at Jobskey Consultancy in Jeddah, where you will have the opportunity to craft aromatic coffee and tea beverages while providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso shots, and iced coffees.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Follow established recipes to ensure product quality.
- Manage inventory of coffee and other supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a coffee shop or food service environment preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food handlers permit or willingness to obtain one.
