Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Jeddah. The Accountant will be responsible for managing a wide range of financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
  • Perform audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and other financial records.
  • Support financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Prepare cash flow reports to monitor the company's liquidity.
  • Perform consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities (if applicable).
  • Prepare balance sheets and ensure their accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare and record journal entries.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Preparation.
  • Experience in Tax Preparation, Audits, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
