Join Our Team as a Senior Accountant!
Dar Al-Fikr Schools is searching for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to become an integral part of our finance team. This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the financial health of a prestigious educational institution. As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee complex accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct regular financial audits and implement internal controls.
  • Assist in budget preparation and long-term financial planning.
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to school leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and ZATCA regulations.
  • Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proven experience with Oracle financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle financial applications.
  • Expert knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of educational funding mechanisms and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
