This role is crucial to ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for heritage projects.
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement cost control measures in collaboration with project teams.
  • Review contractor bids and manage project documentation.
  • Provide cost-related advice to project managers.

Required Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
