Main Tasks:
- Receiving customer inquiries via phone or email and resolving their issues quickly and effectively.
- Providing information and technical support about products or services and assisting them in making appropriate decisions.
- Following up on complaints and ensuring resolution.
- Documenting notes and sharing them with relevant departments to improve quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- University qualification, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum experience level: Entry-level (less than 1 to 3 years of experience).
