Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at Mida Fuel Company!
In this role, you will be responsible for setting and determining performance and quality indicators and standards for customer service. You will participate in updating customer service procedures and guides and developing programs aimed at improving the quality and professionalism of the services provided.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct specialized studies and analyses to establish key performance indicators in coordination with the Quality Management Department.
  • Update customer service procedures and guides and effectively respond to customer requests.
  • Develop new programs that ensure meeting customer expectations.
  • Analyze information to identify strengths and weaknesses in the customer service system.
  • Prepare documentation and reports related to customer service and provide appropriate recommendations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields such as: marketing communications, public relations, customer service, or executive secretarial.
  • Certificates such as MCSE, MOS, CCNA are preferred.
  • Work experience: at least one year.

Required Skills:
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Investigations and quality assurance.
