Job Purpose
To provide proficient secretarial support to the Director of Business Development Department and to the Business Development Department (BDD) Managers, ensuring that daily agendas are efficiently organized, workflows are well-coordinated, and tasks are handled promptly.

Job Requirements
Field of Study: Business Administration or relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions.
Languages: Good command of Arabic & English, French is an advantage.

- Administrative Support: Manage inquiries, prepare letters and correspondence, and perform clerical functions as assigned.
- Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings; prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Secretarial Services: Provide full secretarial services including typing, filing, and organization of documents.
- Reporting: Prepare updates and reports on departmental activities to keep relevant staff informed.
