Join Our Team as a Customer Services Specialist!

At Santa Marta Marriott Resort Playa Dormida, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Customer Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and friendliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the telephone switchboard to handle calls.
  • Process guest requests including wake-up calls and relay messages.
  • Provide guests with information regarding hotel rooms, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate logs of requests and issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a professional appearance and service.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • No prior experience necessary; we welcome all applicants.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
