• Assist customers and respond to their inquiries and complaints related to all the bank's products.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality.
• Eduational qualification of high school or higher.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
