In this role, you will manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule daily content across platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Engage with audiences professionally, monitor account performance, and suggest improvements.
- Campaign Design and Execution: Prepare and implement paid advertising campaigns on social media and search engines. Optimize ad targeting based on demographics and user behavior. Track and analyze campaign results, providing regular reports with recommendations.
- Content Production: Professionally shoot and produce images and videos of products, events, and promotional stories. Ensure visual identity consistency in all marketing materials.
- Data Analysis and Performance Improvement: Monitor and analyze performance indicators (engagement, reach, views, conversion rates). Provide periodic reports on campaign and content performance with improvement suggestions.
- Collaboration: Work with sales teams to develop strategies that increase conversions and sales. Coordinate with designers and developers to create creative and engaging content. Communicate with influencers and advertising partners to enhance digital presence.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing and managing paid advertisements.
- Skills in photography, videography, and content editing.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Awareness of the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
