About the Role
The Digital Marketing Officer at Batterjee Medical College plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing student recruitment and brand visibility in the medical higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Management: Create and execute marketing strategies to boost recruitment and visibility, manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, and work with content specialists for alignment.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using CRM systems to nurture leads and track performance metrics.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights through performance reports.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and collaborate with external vendors for specialized projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business).
  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
