Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are updated and effectively displayed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Optimize user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to ensure a seamless shopping journey and maximize conversion rates.
  • Lead initiatives for order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
  • Conduct regular assessments of key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop insightful reports to understand sales trends and website performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce management.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Familiarity with the Zed platform is preferred but not required.
