Job Purpose:
The eCommerce Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to maximize online customer experience and grow the eCommerce business of Kenvue in KSA. This pivotal role requires excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and the ability to meet deadlines both independently and as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Kenvue eCommerce business with internal and external teams, working closely with market distributors.
• Increase sales and profitability guided by the eCommerce strategy.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing eCommerce share year on year.
• Monitor product assortments, stock, and seasonal inventory.
• Partner with eCommerce sites to enhance relationships and achieve business goals.
• Brainstorm new ideas and conduct competitive analysis.
• Regularly produce and analyze site reports.
• Ensure smooth delivery of Kenvue orders to eCommerce partners.
• Leverage business analysis to track sales, identify trends, and maximize growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
What we seek:

• 5+ years of eCommerce experience required, with 3+ years in eCommerce management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; Arabic speaker preferred.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and urgency.
