Join Ocean World Investment Company as an Executive Secretary
We are looking for an experienced Executive Secretary to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Organizing the CEO's appointments and handling inquiries.
  • Preparing regular memos and conducting correspondence with internal and external parties.
  • Attending meetings and recording meeting minutes.
  • Managing and following up on electronic government transactions.
  • Booking flights and hotels for the CEO.
  • Providing support in all aspects of office work and document management.

Required Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor's degree in:
  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • Management Information Systems
  • Marketing
  • Executive Secretarial
and you must have at least 3 years of work experience.
Required Skills:
You must have advanced skills in document classification, report preparation, and communication with colleagues.
