Join alawwalcapital as an Executive Secretary! We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide executive support to our CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating the executive's agenda
- Managing meeting and conference schedules
- Facilitating communication between management and different departments
- Preparing and organizing documents and presentations
- Following up on the implementation of management decisions
- Organizing and maintaining records and information with confidentiality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Secretarial Studies
- Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with basic research methods and report preparation techniques
- Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English.
