About the Role
As a Fashion Specialist at Chalhoub, you will be responsible for achieving individual and overall sales goals while providing exceptional guest experiences. Your duties will include:
- Gathering data on customer behaviors and best-selling products.
- Building customer relationships through a multi-channel approach.
- Providing product feedback and information prior to purchase.
- Enhancing employee loyalty metrics through staff initiatives and culture.
- Ensuring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Facilitating e-commerce purchases for in-store pickup.
- Collecting customer data as per marketing team requirements.
- Promoting the customer loyalty program (MUSE).
- Supporting in-store marketing events.
- Keeping up with our brand's social media campaigns.
- Driving in-store sales.
- Enhancing customer experience initiatives.
- Providing feedback on store operations.
