This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing the financial aspects of various property projects, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing, and providing crucial financial insights. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our projects and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual invoicing of all property projects.
  • Organizing and invoicing for events such as the Summer Vibes.
  • Reconciling Opex PRs.
  • Maintaining the Boulevard World master sheet.
  • Assisting with budget updates.
  • Bank and invoice reconciliations.
  • Handling the Summer Vibes project from invoicing to collections.
  • Communicating with the AR and Collection teams.
  • Managing all contracts and customer entries in the PropertyNet system.
  • Performing multiple manual data entries.
  • Entering sales reports and forecasting data.
  • Conducting tenant discount studies.
  • Tracking supplier invoices and contracts.
  • Power BI data entry.

Requirements:
  • 03 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Strong technical analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
