Key Responsibilities:
- Manual invoicing of all property projects.
- Organizing and invoicing for events such as the Summer Vibes.
- Reconciling Opex PRs.
- Maintaining the Boulevard World master sheet.
- Assisting with budget updates.
- Bank and invoice reconciliations.
- Handling the Summer Vibes project from invoicing to collections.
- Communicating with the AR and Collection teams.
- Managing all contracts and customer entries in the PropertyNet system.
- Performing multiple manual data entries.
- Entering sales reports and forecasting data.
- Conducting tenant discount studies.
- Tracking supplier invoices and contracts.
- Power BI data entry.
Requirements:
- 03 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong technical analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
