Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor.
• Ensure our brand standards are upheld at all times.
• Engage with members to provide fitness and motivational support.
• Perform consistently across all Fitness KPIs.
• Maintain effective communication channels with members, accommodating feedback and ensuring they feel welcome.

Requirements:

• Must be a certified fitness trainer.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Immediate availability upon acceptance.
