Responsibilities:

• Implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your area of responsibility.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all outlet unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Revenue Department for all Food & Beverage bookings and inquiries.
• Achieve individual Hotel Food & Beverage sales targets.
• Generate and maintain customer relationships through various sales activities.
• Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude to promote a good company image.
• Provide feedback on changing market conditions.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Operate safely to protect the health and safety of guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of work experience in a similar position.
• Vibrant and innovative individual able to work independently.
• Strong ability to maintain documentation and promote brand image.
