Job Description:
Job Summary: Study, collect, and analyze financial data and processes, and present and disclose financial information through financial statements.

Priority Responsibilities / Tasks:
  • Review all financial transactions and audit them financially and systematically in terms of attachments, accuracy of accounts, validity of signatures, authority, receipts, and credits to ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Document financial transactions by entering journal entries and accounting data.
  • Prepare the trial balance before and after adjustments.
  • Issue periodic follow-up reports for various financial operations.
  • Monitor compliance with the application of the system and financial policies.
  • Prepare necessary reconciliations for the company's accounts with external party accounts such as banks and affiliated companies.
  • Follow up on the financial trusts held by employees and ensure they are reviewed at the specified times.
  • Participate in preparing the required data for final accounts and the balance sheet, and prepare adjusting entries and income statement.
  • Summarize the current financial situation by gathering information.

Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Competencies:
  • Report preparation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting practices.
  • Great accuracy in gathering and analyzing all data.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Excel.

Knowledge:
  • International accounting standards for financial reporting.
  • Basics of financial accounting.
  • Commercial systems and related legislations.
  • Knowledge of regulations and rules related to zakat, taxes, and relevant accounting treatments.

Work Experience:
Preferred candidates with 5 or more years in financial management.
