As a prominent furnishing retail and projects company, RIS Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead its accounting department. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in financial accounting, particularly within the retail and furnishing projects (B2B) sectors, along with strong leadership, analytical, budget management, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 812 years of professional accounting experience in the retail & projects sectors.
  • Professional certifications such as CMA are highly desirable.
  • Experience with auditing or consulting in retail or projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Odoo.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, management reports, and other documentation in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial reports, providing analysis to support management decisions.
  • Collaborating with management on the company’s annual budget, aligning with strategic goals and operational needs.
  • Developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Managing cash flow and ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Coordinating with internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
