Key Responsibilities:

• Organizational: Follow all relevant accounting policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Operational: Implement activities under supervision and escalate complex problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Accounts Payable: Check documentation completeness, prepare reconciliations, and support the payment processing.
• Sales & Collection: Prepare reconciliations for cash and credit card collections and identify discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable: Raise invoices, reconcile records, and liaise with the commercial team regarding collection issues.
• Intercompany: Manage intercompany invoicing and reconciliation.
• Treasury, Payments and Fixed Assets: Compile data, allocate payments, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Accounting.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable is preferred.
