As a critical member of our Finance Team, you will ensure compliance with IFRS 17 standards while providing accurate financial reporting and analysis. You will play a key role in preparing financial reports and analyses that facilitate decision-making at the senior management level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Compliance: Lead the integration of IFRS 17 standards and ensure alignment of financial reporting processes.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring data accuracy.
• Data Management and Analysis: Gather and validate financial data, performing reconciliations to support reporting.
• Auditing and Assurance: Conduct internal reviews, assist external auditors, and prepare audit documentation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, providing guidance on IFRS 17.
• Accounting Statements: Update book accounts for timely report generation and assist in financial statement preparations.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to financial reporting processes for efficiency.
• Special Projects: Participate in management-assigned projects contributing to organizational growth.

Job Requirements:

• Field of Study: Finance/Accountancy
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial accounting operations, particularly in insurance or banking.
• Professional Certifications: CPA/CA preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is advantageous.
