This dual-role superstar will not only exhibit superior accounting acumen but will also embody the leadership prowess required to oversee branch operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial aspects of the branch, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses, with commentary on variances and trends.
• Conduct detailed financial forecasting and strategic planning to guide the branch towards profitable growth.
• Supervise and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring staff adherence to operational standards and company objectives.
• Implement and maintain strict internal controls over financial transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish financial targets and develop branch-specific initiatives to increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Lead the audit process, liaise with external auditors, and address any audit findings with actionable solutions.
• Monitor branch performance metrics, providing leadership and direction to improve customer service, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, and other external partners.
• Spearhead initiatives to increase revenue and market share, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or CPA designation is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in accounting with a clear progression of increased responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience supervising branch operations within the food and beverages industry.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage industry regulations.
• Proficient with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
