Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design: Develop compelling and visually engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and aligned with Sarab Entertainment’s branding.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for RFP (Request for Proposals) and RFQ (Request for Quotations) responses, showcasing our event expertise and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and 3D design teams to craft cohesive proposals and presentations that meet client expectations.
• Event Expertise: Incorporate knowledge of event planning and execution into content and designs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and trends.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and creative input to improve visual communication and storytelling across all materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience as a Content Creator, Presentation Designer, or in a similar role within the events industry. Experience responding to RFPs and RFQs is a must.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools (*, PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and 3D designers.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the event industry and client requirements.
• Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
