Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest quality of food is maintained.
• Recruit and train culinary and stewarding teams to enhance their knowledge.
• Practice hygiene standards in line with HACCP.
• Innovate new recipes and refine menus.
• Analyze labor and food costs, making necessary adjustments for budget goals.
• Train the team on kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Assist in daily restaurant and banqueting operations.
• Participate in all food and beverage promotional activities.
