About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at our 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.
- Lead and motivate department heads to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve operational goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and relevant regulations.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to optimize offerings and ensure exceptional dining experiences.
- Foster a positive work environment and support staff development through training and mentorship.
Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 35 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong background in the Food and Beverage department is essential.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
