Human Resources Clerk

Tawtead announces the availability of a \"Recruitment Officer\" opportunity to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Manage employee records, track attendance and leaves, and ensure databases are up to date.
Process financial operations, such as payroll preparation and tracking receivables and payables.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate between different departments to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications

bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in HR, operations, or accounting fields.
Strong organizational and managerial skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to handle information confidentially and professionally.

Knowledge of labor laws and basic accounting procedures.
