Measuring employee job satisfaction at the company periodically to ensure a supportive work environment.
Contributing to planning the human resources needs and working on providing them for the group.
Following the procedures and penalties stated in the internal policies for dealing with employees who violate instructions or act inappropriately.
Monitoring employee compliance with the company's internal policies and regulations and taking necessary actions if they are not complied with.
Experience of 2 to 4 years.
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in using computers.
Able to adapt and learn quickly in the work environment.
Able to effectively manage daily tasks.
Able to learn quickly and adapt in changing work environments.
Experience in labor systems, laws, government platforms, and human resources policies.
