Main Responsibilities

·         Assisting in achieving the required sales targets from the branch in general and specifically.

·         Welcoming customers and assisting them upon their arrival at the branch.

·         Presenting the branch's products to customers and providing details about the products available in the branch, whether gold bars or gold jewelry.

·         Cooperating with the branch manager to ensure the workflow within the branch and achieving the required goals.

·         Sharing with the branch manager the prominent issues encountered and providing suggestions on how to achieve an increase in sales.

·         Issuing sales and purchase invoices and payment and receipt vouchers.

·         Maintaining the items within the branch from theft or loss.

·         Following up on price changes and updates on products to provide accurate information to customers.
