About the Job:
A dynamic and innovative studio in the gaming industry is looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to join their team. This is a critical role where you’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition and optimizing growth strategies to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead user acquisition campaigns across paid ads, influencer marketing, ASO, and organic growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Analyze campaign performance to maximize cost-effective growth.
  • Work closely with product and game design teams to drive player re-engagement.
  • Leverage player data to identify trends, improve retention, and reduce churn.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies and iterate on successful tactics.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, user acquisition, or growth within mobile gaming or B2C tech industries.
  • Proven experience in user base growth, retention optimization, and monetization.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer, Facebook Ads Manager, and more.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Location: Based in the MENA region 🌍
Compensation: Competitive salary of $650******* USD per year 💼

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies including product pricing, new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Product Supply to ensure flawless execution of market strategies.
  • Retail Execution: Design and deliver outstanding retail presence through projects linked to -in-store fundamentals and sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of Initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for improvements.
  • Develop and align APAC and Channel Strategy consistent with regional channel strategy.
  • Submit country pipeline volume forecast.
  • Track and report result versus booklet goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with an excellent academic background.
  • At least 5 years of Sales or Trade Marketing experience, preferably in Key Account Management, Category Management, Channel Management, and In-store Activation.
  • Born leaders and are passionate to make things happen.
  • Have strong analytical thinking and skills, and a fast learner of internal processes.
  • Ability to work as one team.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
