We are looking for a passionate Marketing Executive who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and creative solutions. In this role, you will support our Marketing & Communication Team in organizing events and securing sponsorships, contributing directly to our hotel's revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining an effective filing and administrative system for sponsorships and event organization.
  • Identify and maintain a database of potential sponsors for events.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with sponsors.
  • Socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients.
  • Formulate correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure brand representation in events.
  • Maintain relationships with media outlets to maximize event coverage.
  • Assist in producing promotional materials.
  • Document all functions through photography.

Education and Experience Requirements:
You should be an advertising, marketing, or communication graduate, with experience in a similar field desirable. Proficiency in computer skills and effective communication in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is preferable.

- Experience: At least 5 years in general or digital marketing, with 2 years in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Digital Skills: Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with a foundational understanding of SEO and data analysis.
