• Online Presence Management: Build and maintain a strong online presence on various digital platforms. Optimize budget allocation for sponsored advertisements on social media channels. Select appropriate digital channels to promote the center's services, ensuring ROI on ad spend.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize online campaigns to improve outcomes and reduce costs over time. Implement remarketing strategies to guide audiences from initial interest to lead generation and engagement.
• Website Health Monitoring: Ensure the website is technically sound and user-friendly. Collaborate with the content team to provide optimal keywords for improved search engine rankings.
• Data Analytics: Monitor marketing analytics and derive actionable insights to enhance our digital presence. Suggest data-driven actions to improve campaign performance and reach.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present detailed monthly reports on digital marketing performance, including key metrics and KPIs. Share insights and recommendations for future strategies based on data analysis.
• CRM Integration: Collaborate closely with the CRM team to ensure the professional handling of customer inquiries and complaints. Integrate digital marketing efforts with CRM systems for seamless customer interactions.

Skills, Knowledge, and Capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in a healthcare or related industry.
