Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, managing digital platforms, and maintaining an updated customer and project database. Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
Regularly update and maintain the company website with the latest news, products, and events. Ensure website content is aligned with the company’s branding and marketing goals. - Social Media Management:
Manage and create daily content for company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.). Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and monitor social media trends. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness. - Company Profile Updates:
Keep the company profile, brochures, and presentations up to date, ensuring marketing materials reflect current products, services, and company achievements. - Customer Database Management:
Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Segment and analyze customer data to enhance marketing outreach. - Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Monitor and update information on mega projects in Saudi Arabia. Gather competitor insights, pricing strategies, and industry trends. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships. - Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, and trade shows. Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives. - Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities. Provide reports on website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
