- Support the Head of Marketing and/or (Senior) Marketing Manager in managing the product portfolio, including commercialization, market growth, and profitability tracking.
- Aid in implementing product and pricing strategies based on data analytics.
- Provide insights on consumer and competitive trends to position our branded products effectively.
- Co-lead new product launches and support customer activities with KAM.
- Participate in local and international cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing; an MBA is preferred.
- Entry-level position with up to 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of other marketing software is beneficial.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral; additional languages are a plus.
- Agile learner with strong interpersonal skills, and able to work in cross-functional teams and international environments.
