Desired Profile:
  • Experience: 15+ years in FMCG Sales & Distribution with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Qualification: MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen and operational understanding of logistics. Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools and modern sales reporting systems.
