Project Management Engineer (Civil)
Required Experience: 3 years
Job Objective:
To take responsibility for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring that goals are achieved on time and within the specified budget.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop work plans and determine the necessary resources to ensure the project runs effectively.
- Monitoring Progress: Follow up on work progress and ensure compliance with the schedule and defined standards.
- Budget Management: Monitor costs and prepare periodic financial reports to ensure that the budget is not exceeded.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status and present them to upper management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Good knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to solve problems and make appropriate decisions.
