We at Marmis Contracting Company are looking for a distinguished maintenance supervisor to join our team.

Job Description:
The role of the maintenance supervisor is to prepare a work plan and program, follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance, and distribute tasks to the work team. It is also necessary to design the training needs for the maintenance team and prepare the preventive maintenance program.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
• Distribute tasks and duties to maintenance team members based on their capabilities and skills, and follow up and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team.
• Assess the training needs of the maintenance teams and develop their skills.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Classify, organize, document, and save results and work reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English at an advanced level.

Experience Requirements:
10 years of experience in project management and maintenance.

Skills:

• Machine maintenance, supervision, technical guidance, report preparation and forecasting, and preventive maintenance of devices.
