About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Specialist who seeks immediate results to join our sales team. If you are passionate about sales, technology, and the automotive services sector, we want you to help us achieve our goals that will contribute to the growth and development of the automotive service industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential customers in the automotive care industry, including auto repair shops, dealers, and service centers.
• Utilize various outreach methods (field visits, cold calls, emails, social media) to generate new opportunities.
• Initiate high-quality communication to qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Provide engaging presentations and demos of the Point of Sale system, highlighting its features and benefits.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions and ongoing support for closing deals.
• Utilize customer relationship management software to track sales activities and report accurately on opportunity creation and sales journey status.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into actual customers.

Qualifications:

• Over two years of experience in field sales, preferably in the software solutions or automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM systems, social platforms, etc.) and understanding of Point of Sale software solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field sales environment.
• Familiarity with the automotive care sector is a plus but not required; strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding client needs and recommending the best solutions.
