We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations strategies that enhance the brand image and build positive relationships with the media and the public.

About the Role:
The candidate will be tasked with the strategic promotion of our organization and achieving its objectives through innovative public relations initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote the organization and achieve its goals.
  • Organize and manage events, press conferences, and exhibitions to highlight the company and its services.
  • Build strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Handle media inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure positive coverage of the organization.
  • Monitor media coverage and public impressions to contribute to the development of future public relations strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of media campaigns and report results to upper management.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with the public and promote company initiatives.
  • Assist in communication efforts during crises to protect the organization's reputation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve public relations strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Saudi nationality, with a good understanding of the local media landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Previous experience in public relations or a related field, with a proven track record in managing media initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to use digital communication tools.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Strong public speaking skills and the ability to represent the organization confidently in events and media.
  • A degree in communication, public relations, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage challenging situations effectively.

Required Skills:
  • Event Management: The ability to efficiently organize and execute public events, ensuring smooth coordination and impressive presentations that attract the audience.
