Requirements:

Must be in Jeddah

Job Summary:

The Accommodation Officer oversees the organization and management of accommodation places for recruited workers, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for them during their stay, in addition to following their daily needs and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


Managing the accommodation:


Supervising the preparation of the residence and providing all essential supplies (furniture, cleaning tools, etc.).

Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the residence on a daily basis.

Following up on maintenance work and ensuring rapid repair of faults.

Monitoring the workers' needs:


Welcoming the workers upon their arrival and providing necessary support.

Listening to the workers' complaints and addressing them in coordination with relevant departments.

Providing food supplies and basic services.

Compliance with laws and regulations:


Ensuring compliance with safety and security standards in the residence.

Ensuring that the residence meets health and legal requirements.

Following up on renewing permits or documents related to the residence (if any).

Coordinating operations:


Working with the HR team to coordinate workers' schedules and ensure the accommodation is ready to receive them.

Preparing periodic reports on the status of the residence, workers' needs, and any issues they face.

Communicating with service providers (electricity, water, internet) to ensure service continuity.

Managing the budget:


Controlling accommodation expenses within the specified budget.

Following up on bills and purchases related to the residence.

Qualifications and Experience Required:


High school diploma or diploma in business administration or any related field.

Previous experience in accommodation or administrative work (preferably).

Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with various nationalities.

Familiarity with local housing laws.

Personal Skills:


Ability to solve problems and make decisions.

Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in performing tasks.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.…
