The Role
As a full-time Procurement Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recycling operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish E-waste contracts with companies.
  • Procure E-waste from various partners.
  • Prepare necessary reports for the direct manager.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with companies through effective communication.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Strong contract negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of waste management and recycling processes.
  • Experience in electronic or IT industry or minerals procurement is a plus.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure all ingredients, packaging, equipment and services are of the highest quality and delivered on time. Ideal Candidate
  • Must have had a minimum of 3 years of previous proven experience as an equipment purchasing officer or similar position.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi inbound logistics cycle.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
  • Interest in market dynamics along with a business sense.
  • A knack for negotiation and networking.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data.
  • Solid judgment along with decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
