Role:

You will be responsible for assisting with procurement processes and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

·        English and Arabic Fluency

·        Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

·        Basic understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics.

·        Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·        Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

·        Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

·        Previous experience or internship in a purchasing, logistics, or supply chain role is advantageous but not required.

·        Basic knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures.

·        Understanding of supplier relationship management.

·        Previous experience within the medical supplies/Medical Clinics

·        Previous experience in a similar purchasing role

·        Experience working with international or foreign companies

·        Relevant degree, in or related business discipline, from an academic institution
