York Towers is seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Sales: Actively sell and promote properties from the York Towers portfolio, including residential and commercial spaces.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their property needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Process: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal. Provide property tours, conduct negotiations, and assist with paperwork.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market in Riyadh and Jeddah, including trends, prices, and competitors, to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor sales performance and strive to improve results consistently.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
- Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients even after the sale, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or Sales Representative (minimum 2 years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the Riyadh and Jeddah real estate markets. (Preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with a reputable real estate company.
- Knowledge of property legalities and sales documentation.
- Familiarity with real estate management software and CRM tools.
