We are seeking a passionate and skilled Receptionist to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a 2-year secretarial or administrative diploma and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Receptionist to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a 2-year secretarial or administrative diploma and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the main switchboard and welcome visitors.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and route them promptly.
- Provide high levels of customer service, ensuring a positive image of the Firm.
- Maintain records for mail and courier shipments.
- Organize meeting room schedules and assist with conference call connections.
- Ensure stock levels of promotional literature are maintained.
- Support the Office Manager with various administrative duties.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
