We are seeking a passionate and skilled Receptionist to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a 2-year secretarial or administrative diploma and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the main switchboard and welcome visitors.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and route them promptly.
  • Provide high levels of customer service, ensuring a positive image of the Firm.
  • Maintain records for mail and courier shipments.
  • Organize meeting room schedules and assist with conference call connections.
  • Ensure stock levels of promotional literature are maintained.
  • Support the Office Manager with various administrative duties.

Key Requirements:
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
