Job Summary:
As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests at the Front Office. Your role includes:

• Delivering friendly and courteous service to guests.
• Managing guest reservations and facilitating check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Ensuring all room amenities are prepared prior to guest arrivals.
• Staying updated on room rates and package discounts.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Possess a pleasant and cheerful demeanor.
• Available to work long hours and shifts.
• This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals.

Saudi employees are required for the cashier position, and there is a career path that allows for promotions for qualified individuals to supervisor, restaurant manager, and area manager.
